Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ReSpec Digital collects when you visit respecdigital.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that's how we'd want to read it. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you submit one of our forms (a contact or demo request, a service intake, or the AI Opportunity Snapshot intake), we collect the details you choose to provide - typically your name, email address, your business or website, the plan or service you're interested in, and your message. If you choose to add it, we also collect your phone number. We use this only to respond to you, prepare what you asked for, and discuss working together.
- Basic, anonymous site analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. It gives us aggregate counts only (page views, referring sites, country-level region, device type) so we can see what's working. It does not track you across other websites and can't identify you.
- No tracking cookies. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles about you.
How we use it
We use the information you send to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal or demo, and provide our services if we work together. We use the anonymous analytics to understand and improve the site. That's it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile phone number on one of our forms, you agree that we may text you service messages related to what you asked for - for example, sending your checkout link, confirming your order, answering a question about your project, or letting you know your report is ready. These are one-to-one, conversational messages tied to your request; we do not run marketing or promotional text campaigns.
- Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop messaging you. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@respecdigital.com.
- Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- We never sell or share your mobile opt-in information. Mobile information and consent to receive text messages will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not apply to the service providers below that help us actually deliver a message you asked for (for example, our text-messaging provider), who may only use it to send that message on our behalf.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes:
- Resend - emails your contact-form submission to our inbox (privacy policy).
- Plausible Analytics - cookieless, privacy-first site analytics (data policy).
- Netlify - hosts the website, stores your form submission, and processes standard server logs (privacy policy).
- Twilio - delivers the service text messages you asked for, if you gave us your mobile number (privacy policy).
- Stripe - securely processes payment when you buy a paid service (privacy policy).
We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and for our own business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@respecdigital.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll revise the effective date above. For material changes, we'll make the update clear on this page.
