First we build a free demo, so you see your new site before spending a dime. Love it? You pay a one-time build and the site is yours — domain, files, all of it. Keeping it hosted, current, and found on Google is a simple monthly plan — no contract, and you're never locked in.
1 · We build it, you own it
How payment works: a non-refundable 50% deposit reserves your build and starts the work; the other 50% is due at launch. Then it's yours, outright.
2 · The care plan — keep it working
A website isn't set-it-and-forget-it — it needs hosting, security, Google upkeep, edits, and a real person keeping an eye on it. That's the plan, and it's what keeps the site bringing people in. No contract; cancel any time, you always own the site.
